A designated vehicle parking area has been set aside for people with disabilities and the organizers wish to recommend that Gate No ** be used to gain entry into the exhibition area.

Other disabled facilities include:

• Disabled viewing platform
• Disabled toilets throughout the show site
• Whilst we do not allow animals on site, guide dogs or assistance dogs are permitted.

Airshow organizers will give one complimentary ticket to carers or companions accompanying registered disabled visitors.

• To register for this offer please contact the organizers’ office on info@aadexpo.co.za before 15:30 on Monday 16 September 2012. You will need to supply us with your public show ticket booking reference number and a disability registration number. We will then provide one complimentary Carer ticket to you, free of charge.
