The organisers of AAD will provide a fully operational media centre at AFB Ysterplaat from 17-21 September 2008.

The media centre will be located next to the Control Tower which is centrally located within the AAD exhibition area.

Facilities will include a number of individual workstations with high speed internet connectivity for accredited journalists and editors.The workstations will each comprise of a desk with a desktop PC and printer.
A high speed photocopy machine will compliment the media centre in order to render a comprehensive service to journalists.

The media centre will provide daily updates of events and news and media representatives are invited to make use of the facilities.

Electronic application forms for media accreditation are available on this site. Bona Fide journalists and photographers wishing to attend AAD 2008 are requested to submit their individual applications for media accreditation prior to 25 August 2008.

AAD is also proud to once again announce the sponsorship of SITA, the State Information Technology Agency, who in conjuction with AAD, will again be instrumental in providing appropriate communication facilities for the AAD Media Centre.
