The AAD Media Conference Room is situated in Hall 11.

Bookings for this venue during the exhibition can be arranged by contacting the Media Centre directly.

For bookings prior to AAD 2010, exhibitors are requested to e-mail their requirements to

• Provision has been made to seat 50 people (classroom style);
• The venue will have a Lectern, Plasma Screen and Projector;
• Companies wishing to host media briefings must provide their own computer;
• Promotional material such as banners and posters may be put up but must be removed immediately after the event.
