Africa Aerospace and Defence would like to invite National and International media to partner with AAD for the upcoming AAD2012 Exhibition. As a media partner you are expected to provide full scale coverage and publicity leading up to AAD2012 and during AAD2012.

AAD will inform media partners beforehand about all events leading up to and during the show and provides all necessary information.

A media partner can contribute the combination of the following:

• At least 10 AAD2012 Ad in Barters Magazine / publication
• AAD2012 Logo placement on Barter home page with link to AAD website
• Email blasts
• News about the upcoming event in current affairs programs
• Special feature articles, news programs in media directly before AAD2012
• Placement of information about the upcoming event
• Post-show special feature article, news program

AAD2010 Facts and Figures:



AAD 2012 will provide in return

• 16m2 Walk-on stand or not depending on your requirement
• Signage / Name on Booth
• Accredited AAD2012 Media Partner
• Barter logo and link on AAD2012 homepage
• Logo plus free 100 word Exhibitors Catalogue entry
• Complimentary exhibition passes (number as agreed with the Exhibition Management)

In case a partnership proposal includes options not listed above but of interest to Organizers, the Exhibition Director will consider providing extra opportunities for a media partner.

Please note

• All partnerships are evaluated individually
• Media Partner applications will be reviewed by AAD EXCOM and a formal partnership agreement will be provided to the approved media partner for signature
