A total of 325 journalists from all over the world registered and covered AAD2010.
We look forward to welcoming all of you back and more for AAD2012.
The first thing you need to decide about holding a Media briefing/press conference is: Do you really need one? Remember that holding a press conference does not guarantee that journalists will attend.
The more important and newsworthy your announcement, the more likely it is to generate media coverage. AAD values journalists and the information they provide the industry. In turn, AAD provides journalists with excellent facilities, services and equipment.
Two Media Briefing facilities are provided at Waterkloof Base (44 and 26 sqr), with ample seating and projection equipment. There is NO FEE associated with the press briefing rooms.
AAD2012 exhibitors are advised to make pre-bookings for the briefing rooms in order to avoid an overlap of briefings. This area is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
